Supermarkets recieve milk stripped of so many good nutrients, it’s usually three or four days old by the time it gets to the supermarkets. It still then has three weeks date on it?? Milk should only really last a week or so?? So how does supermarket last nearly a month?? Suposedly? It’s because it has everything removed. The cream is also messed about with by the process of homogenisation which makes milk harder to digest.
